I’ve been obsessed with figuring out how to live a healthy, active, fulfilling & liberating daily life WITHOUT 😧 obsessing & worrying about my diet & exercise since my late teens, & then especially as I went through 7 pregnancies & worked full time.

 

After decades of being a compulsive deprive-then-binge and stress eater, burning through every diet plan & exercise regime only to suffer shame, guilt & embarrassment when I didn’t get the results I was looking for, or they didn’t last, to transitioning through to finally creating a completely different relationship with food.

It took me until 37 years old, pregnant with my 5th baby to do this, & I never looked back.
