The fact is that I’m 53 now, I’ve had 7 kids.

Here are my truths. I now have an incredibly healthy relationship with food- I don’t even think about it unless I’m hungry. What’s really crazy to me is that I am now that person that would choose a cottage cheese salad bowl any day over a donut- say what?! … yes really!

 

I’m fitter now than I was when I was in my 20’s.

 

AND I work way less at being fit today than I did when I was busting my butt on the diet rollercoaster. I just have different habits now.
